This page explains how this first version of Ideas Xinfin works. The controller’s full notice must be completed before a public launch.
Enquiry form
The fields are processed only in your browser. When you continue, your name, service and idea are included in a link to WhatsApp, where you can review and send the message. This site does not store enquiries or send them to a database or an email service. Do not include sensitive data.
When you open WhatsApp, that service’s policies apply. Once you send the message, the recipient can read and reply to your enquiry. You can request information about, or deletion of, the conversation through the same contact: +52 999 185 0841.
Preferences and measurement
We only save your theme, currency and language choices in your browser’s local storage. You can delete them from your browser settings. No trackers, advertising cookies or external analytics tools are included. The events prepared in the code do not send information to third parties.
Artificial intelligence assistant
If you use the assistant, your messages and the latest turns of the conversation are sent to our server on Cloudflare to generate a reply with Cloudflare Workers AI models and, when those are unavailable and the service is active, with GroqCloud. Replies are generated automatically, may contain errors and do not replace a quote. Do not enter personal or sensitive data.
We do not store your conversations: the history stays in your browser and is cleared when you close or reload the page. To improve the answers we may keep the first question of a conversation for up to 90 days, without names, email addresses, phone numbers or links, for our team to review. To apply usage limits and prevent abuse, the server uses a temporary identifier derived from your connection that changes every day; we do not store your IP address. If you use the microphone button to dictate, your browser converts your voice to text with its own speech recognition service (for example, Google in Chrome or Apple in Safari), which may process the audio on its servers; the microphone only turns on when you tap the button and give permission, we do not receive or store audio, and the dictated text is only sent when you send it. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp from the assistant, the message is prepared in your browser and is only sent when you confirm it there. You can request information about this processing through the same WhatsApp contact.
Resources and hosting
Graphic resources are served from this site. If you choose to play the illustrative video, it is served from this same site; it does not load before you act. The hosting provider may process technical logs needed to serve the page and keep it secure. To know how many people visit the site and which pages they view, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not create visitor profiles and does not store your IP address for that purpose. The WhatsApp link passes the prepared enquiry to that service when you decide to continue.
Before publishing
Still to be added: the controller’s legal identity, address and formal rights procedure, along with confirmation of the retention policies and the final hosting. This preview does not enable storage of enquiries or marketing campaigns.
